Content Strategy

Growth: Expanded the partnership with Yahoo News into our strongest partner, earning an average of 300 million page views a month. Incorporated video segments into the partnership, redesigning our method of video and editorial storytelling to have a larger reach and earn more revenue.

Partnerships: Led collaborations with revenue-based partner sites (Yahoo News and SmartNews) and supported teammates with Apple News, Flipboard, and Microsoft News. Prepared editorial briefs on a quarterly and yearly basis, designed editorial calendars to keep deadlines and goals on track.

Editorial: Brainstormed, wrote, edited, and published editorial content to be used for both Insider's site, social media, and partner sites. Strategized on social media and push notification copy for Insider's app. 

Brand strategy: Collaborated with podcast talent and producers to design short-form video footage to be distributed across Instagram and TikTok. Wrote concise podcast show descriptions and lively copy to promote shows on social media.

Project management: Executed weekly show productions by managing recording schedules. editing scripts, writing episode descriptions, crafting titles, and publishing on time. 

Brand strategy: Collaborated with different food and hospitality brands to create sponsored social media posts and virtual event series. Supported the campaign to grow HRN's Instagram followers to 20k, and then quickly surpassed the goal. Strategized with social media and development team to launch a complete rebrand, creating social media copy and images to inform followers.

Editorial: Wrote episode descriptions and creative headlines, published shows, and crafted tweets and Instagram posts to promote.

Design: Designed Instagram posts, stories, reels, audio teasers, and episode art.
